GCI is proud to be apart of bringing affordable housing to Colorado. Edge Point III is an extension of Edge Point II, which are the apartments visible just north of the site. This site will include  8 three-story apartment buildings with a clubhouse and swimming pool. This job size is ideal for our large earthwork fleet!
